If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
All our products are non-returnable items. We do not accept any returns once the item has left our kitchen. We also do not provide refunds for any orders made wrongly. Please check your order carefully before checking out.

If you have any questions regarding the condition of the bakes upon arrival, please get in touch with us via our Instagram or whatsapp. 

To cancel/amend your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before your delivery time via our Instagram or Whatsapp. We will create the refund via a credit voucher upon a successful request. Voucher will have no expiry date, and can be used on your next order.

Please check your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make amends.
